UITVOERING EN FUCTIONALITEIT

  • De remschijven van het Poolse merk TomexBrakes zijn gemaakt van de hoogste kwaliteit gietijzer met een optimaal geselecteerd koolstofgehalte. Het gietproces van de schijven wordt begeleid door moderne computersystemen en de schijven worden onderworpen aan nauwkeurige geometrie-bewerking.
  • De samenstelling van het materiaal dat bij de productie wordt gebruikt, maakt een evenwichtige temperatuurverdeling tijdens het remproces mogelijk, waardoor het fenomeen van scheurvorming onder invloed van hoge temperatuur (temperatuurscheurvorming) wordt geminimaliseerd. Het elimineert ook effectief het risico van transversale of oppervlaktescheuren en lineaire vervormingen.
  • De samenstelling van het materiaal dat wordt gebruikt bij de productie en het ventilatiesysteem van de schijf laten toe om de temperatuurverdeling tijdens het remproces in evenwicht te brengen en zo het fenomeen van scheurvorming onder invloed van hoge temperatuur (temperatuurscheurvorming) te minimaliseren. Het elimineert ook effectief het risico van transversale of oppervlaktescheuren en lijnvervormingen.
  • Het productieproces waarbij de schijven worden afgedekt met een beschermende laag, beschermt de producten beter tegen corrosie en vergemakkelijkt de installatie in de auto, omdat dergelijke schijven niet hoeven te worden ontvet.

HOE KIEST U REMSCHIJVEN

Om het product precies af te stellen, dient u rekening te houden met:

Aangezien het aanbod verschillende varianten van remblokken omvat die bedoeld zijn voor dezelfde autogeneratie, vereist de aankoop van onderdelen voorafgaand overleg met een gekwalificeerde monteur om het vervangen onderdeel te vergelijken met de technische tekening en parameters die in het aanbod zijn gespecificeerd.

VEILIGHEID EN KWALITEIT

OPMERKING: Aangenomen wordt dat de remschijven gemiddeld na 70-80 duizend kilometer moeten worden vervangen, maar de slijtage van de schijven in de loop van de tijd kan variëren afhankelijk van verschillende factoren, zoals: remfrequentie, rijstijl of automodel.
